Fees:
Registration fees are $50 per person. Registration fees include attendance on both
days, all printed seminar materials and lunch on both days.

Cancellation
Policy: Reservations may be canceled up to seven days prior to the seminar
with a full refund. Cancellations are made within seven days are subject to a $25
cancellation fee.

Seminar Materials:
Include a notebook containing extensive written materials pertaining to each of
the subjects addressed.
